1. The provider

2. Scope of service

We provide web software for pet businesses, comprising:

Map listing
Customer management (CRM)
Noa chat replies
Appointments + team schedule
Consent-QR health records
Inventory / pharmacy
Income & expense accounting

Available features depend on your plan. We may add, change or retire features, giving advance notice for material changes.

3. Plans, payment and cancellation

A 30-day free trial with no card required, once per business.

Paid in advance monthly or yearly. Prices exclude VAT. Your plan activates once we confirm payment.

Cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund periods already used, unless the fault is ours.

4. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate, up-to-date business information.
Keep your password and account secure. Actions taken through your account are treated as yours.
Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive or infringing purposes.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, including prices, promotions and medical information.

5. Pet health data and owner consent

You may access a pet's health records only when the owner has given consent through the system, and the owner may withdraw it at any time.

Every access is logged for audit. Do not use the data beyond treating and serving that animal.

6. Limitations you must know

The controlled-drug log follows international practice but has not been certified as matching the forms and reporting cycle required by the Thai FDA — it must not replace your official record.

Income and expense reports are for management purposes only. They are not tax accounts and cannot be filed with the Revenue Department.

AI answers are generated automatically and may be wrong. You must check them before relying on them, especially prices, appointments and health advice.

7. Availability and liability

We maintain the service with reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance windows will be announced where possible.

Our liability for any damage is limited to the fees you actually paid in the 3 months before the event, except where the law provides otherwise.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend accounts used unlawfully, in breach of these terms, or with unpaid fees, giving reasonable notice. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination.

You can close your account yourself at any time from the dashboard. ⚠️ Closing takes effect immediately and cannot be undone — there is no trash and no grace period. Download any data you want to keep before you confirm.

Deleted permanently on closure: business details, opening hours, team, services and prices, promotions, your CRM customer list and interaction history, appointments not yet claimed by customers, inventory, income and expense records, and your LINE connection including stored credentials.

Retained after closure, and why: (1) receipts and invoices, kept 5 years under the Accounting Act B.E. 2543; (2) health-record access logs and terms acceptances, as evidence protecting both parties; (3) health records you wrote for customers' pets, which belong to the pet owner rather than to your shop and therefore remain in their health book; (4) appointments customers already claimed to their own account. This follows the exceptions to the right of erasure under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562, section 33, which does not apply to data we must keep under other laws.

On closure, every permission to open a customer's pet health book is revoked immediately and this account can no longer sign in. To return you must register again.

9. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes we will notify you and ask you to accept the new version before continuing.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Thai law, and the Thai courts have jurisdiction.
