If you don't pay after that, you simply drop to the free plan and keep your data.
What kinds of business can join?
Vet clinics and hospitals, grooming salons, pet hotels and boarding, pet-friendly cafés and restaurants, pet-friendly stays, and pet shops. Consent-QR health records are only for verified vet clinics and hospitals.
How do I start? Do I need an IT person?
Sign up with an email, name your business, then fill in your info and prices on the AI chat page — that is enough for the AI to start answering. Everything works on a phone with nothing to install. To also answer on your own LINE, you paste two codes from the LINE console.
Is customer and pet data safe?
A business only ever sees its own customers. Pet health records require the owner to consent via QR before a clinic can open them, and every access is logged permanently. A Data Processing Agreement is available to read before you sign up.
Can I cancel? Do I lose my data?
Cancel anytime, no contract. You keep access until the period you already paid for ends, then drop back to the free plan. Nothing is deleted — you just lose paid features, and everything returns if you subscribe again.
Pet health data opens only for verified clinics, and only when the owner consents. Every view is logged, and owners can revoke access at any time.
